Do I need to keep the app open?

No. Activities with an agent keep producing while you're away, for up to 8 hours (24 hours with Founder's Edition). Activities without an agent only run while you play.

Why did my progress stop?

You hit the offline cap. Open the app and your agents start again. You can turn on the Offline cap alert in Settings to get a notification when it happens, once a day at most.

Is there a subscription or ads?

No. Series Z has optional one-time purchases only.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the menu, then Store or Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do the widgets work?

Add Series Z from the widget gallery on your Home Screen or Lock Screen. You can Announce and buy the best activity right from the widget.

Can I move my game to a new iPhone?

Your save lives on your iPhone and moves with an iCloud or computer backup. Purchases restore on any device signed in to your Apple Account.
